The Chelsea Wall-Mount Lockable Mailbox features an oversized mail slot for magazines and other large items. This mailbox has a storage compartment that is both deep and wide. For security, it comes with a stainless-steel cam lock with keys. The mailbox has a galvanized steel body and roof that are finished in a powder coat for added durability.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivered date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@MailboxHD.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After an order has been place by the customer, and the payment cleared into our system, we have a 1 Business Day window to process the order during normal Business Days. Depending on the high volume of orders your order will be processed, and tracking number will be provided.
